Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after purchase of goods. We offer exchange/ credit only for the value of your purchase.
If it is outside of this time frame unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or credit.
For all exchanges/credits we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty
We only replace items if they are defective or faulty and we do require proof of purchase.
Our product warranty does not cover the ability to replace, exchange a product due to normal wear, and lack of care due to not following our recommended product guidelines.
Please be advised that, we may change this Agreement as allowed by applicable law. This may include changing, adding, or removing terms.
Care instructions
As J .lion jewellery is Hand Made, special care is required to ensure the longevity of your precious piece.
Please store your jewellery in the cloth bag provided to you with your purchase to ensure minimal oxidisation. Keeping jewellery dry always and avoiding direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, detergent and lotion is highly advised. Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the lustre & shine of the jewellery.
We do not advise showering in your new necklace!
We recommend that you store each piece of jewellery separately. Chains should be stored closed and laid flat to avoid the formation of knots.
Our pieces are delicate, and we do advise following the care instructions as any careless wear or storage will not be covered.
